About the Coach


My main body of experience is providing physical therapy services including balance training, strength training, coordination, ambulation, posture, stretching and manual therapy techniques. I am looking forward to bringing you my experience with physical therapy, and working with you on your fitness and nutrition goals. In addition, I am very familiar with bodyweight exercises and can provide fitness advice and training with or without equipment. I have over 8 years of experience with physical training for clients. I’ve worked as a PTA in several different settings, providing physical therapy with patient’s ages 15-102 years with extensive experience coaching clients over 65 years and older.
